More sales, the greener way.
Ridelogix powers greener store replenishments for Holland & Barrett.
Through its end-to-end smart urban inventory optimisation and replenishment platform, Ridelogix helped Holland & Barrett boost availability and unlock hundreds of new sales opportunities each week across its London store network, supported by zero-emission
e-cargo bikes.
The challenge
As the UK’s leading wellness retailer, Holland & Barrett needed a smarter way to keep its London stores stocked with high-demand wellness products—without adding more pollution or congestion to city streets. Traditional diesel van deliveries were inefficient, hard to scale, and poorly suited to the realities of urban retail.
“We needed a more responsive, low-impact solution that let us act on stock signals fast—without compromising customer experience.”
John Jones,
Head of Fulfilment Transformation, Holland & Barrett

The solution
Holland & Barrett partnered with Ridelogix to pilot a new approach: combining smart
inventory intelligence with zero-emissions e-cargo bike deliveries, all orchestrated through one unified platform.
The Ridelogix system monitors in-store stock levels and flags potential gaps. It then recommends optimised replenishment actions—whether that means redeploying stock from nearby stores or dispatching goods from an urban micro-hub. Deliveries are completed using
e-cargo bikes, capable of carrying up to 200kg while bypassing traffic and restricted areas.
After a successful 10-store pilot, the programme quickly expanded to 100 London locations.
“Our technology turns city stores into agile micro-fulfilment hubs, blending live stock data with greener, faster logistics.”
